PLEASE NOTE: We are only able to accept credit card payments for Franciscan University Alumni Chapter events. Payments for all other events must be paid to the event organizer (ie Household Coordinator). If you are organizing a non-Chapter event, please include how you are accepting payments (ie PayPal or Check made out to) in the "Additional Information/Comments" section of this form.
