Executive Director of Alumni & Constituent Relations

• Tim Delaney is a 1999 graduate of Franciscan University of Steubenville with a BA in History and Theology.  After working in sales and higher education including in Enrollment Services at Franciscan, Tim returned to his alma mater in January of 2005 as the Director of Alumni and Constituent Relations.  In 2007, he graduated from Franciscan with a Masters in Business Administration.  He lives in Steubenville with his wife, Suzy (Heusel '99) Delaney and their six children.

Director of Alumni Relations

• Christie Fleming is a 2010 graduate of Franciscan University. After serving the Church in various ministries and being a teacher she returned back to Steubenville to serve the alumni community. She helps with affinity reunions, regional events, social media and networking alumni and students for jobs.

Alumni Relations Office Manager

• Nancy Ross has been a member of the alumni office team for over 18 years. She has a degree in graphic design from the Art Institute of Pittsburgh and has been fortunate to be able to use her training in the event driven alumni office. She’s an avid Pittsburgh Steelers, Pirates, and Penguins fan as well as The Ohio State University. She’s mom to four kitties and loves spending time with her family, traveling, yard work, and painting. She says, “It’s a blessing working at Franciscan at a job I love with amazing co-workers and serving our alumni.”
